Double Boot Messed Up

Greetings after installing windows vista and everything working AMAZING, windows Xp can't find the bin.ini file because vista has its own bootmanager.

The problem is that Vista will not let Xp do its thing.

Has anyone had this problem before?

The exact error is boot.ini is missing

system32/hal.dll is missing or corrupted

I have tried using the boot fix command on the vista install but it only works works vista and later os.

I also tried copying the hal.dl file from another pc and also the boot.ini.

I really don't want to reinstall Xp HELP!!!!!
