[Question] Disable or patch wait time

You know how when you open IE7, you have to wait a bit before all your toolbars etc get loaded and you can access the web, and during the wait time, you can't go to a website. Well, most of the time, it crashes for me and whe it doesn't, it takes ages to load. I only have 3 BHOs and no toolbars.

How can you patch it?
