I'd be grateful if osmeone could please help me with the Office Shrinker shown in the above 'Sticky' in this forum.

I've run the program, put in thesource and target, but then I get a message saying that the shrink is already complete. In the target folder (size 9.38MB) I have the PRO11.MSI file, the MST and OPS file that I created from the source using the Resource Kit, OWC11.MSI, SETUP.EXE, SETUP.HTM, README.HTM and AUTORUN.INI. In the FILES folder I have I have two folders, SETUP and PFILES, with a SETUP.INI file in the first and a SKU011.XML file int he second.

Any help with this?

did you do this from clean source of windows.? it's one of most over-looked notices of Office shrink.
