Nothing but symbols in certain web pages

I am having a problem with web pages containing nothing but symbols (squares, question marks, letters in no logical order). I get this when going to msn.com and msnbc.com. Other web pages such as cnn and yahoo are fine. I am running IE6. Windows XP SP2. I have run a virus scan with the most current defs. I know you need more information from me, but I can't think of what that would be. I would really appreciate any help on this.

I had that too. I think it's because of your internet connection, or your isp is throttling your usage. It sounds stupid, but that's the resolution I had, not to use my internet for about 3 weeks.

Makes sense, but this is a business and we are running a T1.

Try reinstalling sp2. You can uninstall it via add remove progs if you installed sp2 after installing windows. Download the network edition for it pros and devs if you slipstreamed sp2 here. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;DisplayLang=en
