June 18, 200620 yr If you use nero to make your disc bootable (I find it better cos you don't have to make an iso) look at this screenshot and see if it corresponds.http://tacktech.com/images/articles/297/create03.pngIn the latest nero 6.x, there is platform identifier option though.
June 19, 200620 yr Author sorry i got problem with neroi tried to reinstall it but no availis there any other option in this matter?
June 19, 200620 yr You mean you tried to reinstall nero or windows? If you use the latest nero6 (not sure about 7) then the screenshots will be a bit different.
June 21, 200620 yr Generally when no cd is included with the pc the restore image/info is stored on a hidden partition on the hdd. If you fully formatted the hdd you may have lost this data & rendered the pc non restorable.Suggest you contact the oem to obtain a cd.
June 21, 200620 yr You can contact M$ and if you've got details of your cd (ie serial, type etc) they can get your manufacturer to get you a new disc.
June 22, 200620 yr I did. They referred me to my manufacturer when I lost my s/n.If you have the number then scrap M$.
