ATI 7000 and media centre

Hey,

I am installing media centr and have come across a few problems. I have the ATI 7000 with 64mb and I am trying to get it to work properly. I have managed to get audio working for live TV, however I Just get a black screen. I saw a while ago people on here having issues, and I tried the registry fix which got rid of the media centre driver compatibilty error (http://www.msfn.org/board/lofiversion/index.php/t42301.html) but still cant find a way to fix the black screen.

Is there a way to fix this, if so please do tell

Have you gone on ATI's site and queried this problem. I've found known problems with their cards and operating systems are well documented there along with fixes and downloads. Also wouldn't hurt to look for updated drivers as well if you already haven't done so.

we installed linux and mythTV instead and it now works, just took a bit more effort.
