Web address doesn't work from Run

It's a really weird, but extremely annoying problem. Usually, I can just go to Start --> Run and type in something like www.google.com (without http://) and it just opens google in default browser, but occasionaly, after i use nLite (this doesn't happen with all versions of nLite, it is a problem with RC8 though) i get an error when i try to type address without "http://" saying unable to find www.blah.com. This is extremely annoying since i use run box a lot, especially to type in address so browser will just open by itself, but having to type http:// every time just sucks. If anyone knows how I can control this (registry value i need to change or something) please, please let me know.
