IDE RAID Controller HELP

Ok, I bought my first server and learned about unattended setup! My problem is when the W2K3 CD is in the CD Drive it works fine but I am trying to do it w/o it. (All of it's legal, MSDN CD.) So I have i386 installed on my hdd and I guess since it's a floppy drive it's an older and doesn't see the raid controller..
