Word 97 IPP printing issue

I am using office 97 on Windows 2000 SP4

Recently we started using Iprint from Novel as an IPP gateway in our organization

The problem I am facing is that there is one particular printer an HP LaserJet 4700 which doesn’t print just from Word

Printing sent to this printer via any other application works perfectly ok.

After a bit of debugging I found out this (please refer to the attachment image to check what I am talking about)

If I print to a printer form any other application in office in the print window it shows me the port besides

However if I choose word it doesn’t show me anything besides where, hence looks like its not reading the port information somehow

Does anyone have a clue as to from where word 97 get this info?
