Insert frequently used text blocks in messages

Hello again!

It's a usual case when I need to send my partner a predefined document (for example request for quotation form). As some of these forms are rather complicated, use of AutoText feature is impossible. I'd rather prefer some kind of "code snippets", as some programming language editors have.

As a variant I tried to use signatures, as it's possible to edit them in any way. But when I use this method it's not actually choosing a template for future message, it's just an extended signature.

Please advice.
