Issue with Word anchor links in Outlook

Okay, so

• I write a document in Word and it has anchor links (= links to another part of the document).
  
• I copy the text and paste it in a New Message window in Outlook.
  
• I send the email (to myself), and when I open it the links don't work.
  
• When clicking on a link a Browse-window pops up asking me to "locate link browser", and it wants an .exe file to be opened.
  

Is there any way to get the links working?
