Right click "Send to" "Mail recipient" not opening

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003, (with Windows XP home) I am driven to despair that, after a re installation, when I select say a .jpg file to E Mail, I right click the file then "Send to" / "Mail recipient", a size option box appears but when the size is chosen and OK'd, Outlook fails to open with the attachment. This all worked sweetly before the new installation( of the same programme). I have done loads of searching but cannot find an answer.

I can confirm that Outlook is selected as my default E Mail client in Internet Options/Programmes.

I am desperate! hope you can help
