Finally I got the unattended DVD done and its working great. I copied it to the server and now my problem is how to create a network boot disk (CD) so I can run all the installation over the network. We have HP units.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, you should try this tools :

The Universal TCP/IP Network Bootdisk is a DOS bootdisk that provides TCP/IP networking support. It's designed for use in Microsoft networking environments, on either peer-to-peer or domain based LANs. Currently 85 different network card drivers all included, all on the single 1.44MB disk or in CD version !
