email being stored in personal folder

It looks like my email is being sent to my personal folder and not stored up on our server. How do I change this? I want it to be stored in my mailbox/inbox not personal/ inbox. Thanks for the help

I think it is very easy.

You can right-click outlook icon ,and then click "properties", then click "Email account",then choose "view or change existing e-mail accounts" ,then click "next", there will be a dialog frame, you can choose the receiving folder at the dropdown list at the bottom of this frame
