Delete files from Shares

Is there a way to know who deleted the files from a share on network. It would be helpfull if could get either the System Name or UserName.

All the systems are running Win2000. Share is also on windows 2000 pro just using workgroup.

if you are only in a workgroup there isn't much logging that can be done to see that, you would need a 3rd party app or a domain and setup logging on the network share for successful and failed deletetion attempts.

Can u tell which 3rd party tools would of good use. As, in near furture I might not be able to switch to Domain.
