jvfernandes Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 Hi There!I'm a newbie in this forum. I'm tryng to create my iso and i find some problems with Nlite in what concerns about updates. I compressed the updates and hotfixes in a cab file, and i'm tryng to get a way to unpack the files and install them. Is there any way to create a batch file to uncompresse and install the updates automated? Thanks!
T D Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 (edited) A cab file with hotfixes? You don't need to! Just use the direct hotfix integration. It will save more space than compressing them as files in your source will be directly overwritten. All over, direct integration takes less space than any other method (except maybe slipstreaming a service pack).Hang on. Are you saying that you are simply cabbing the hotfixes and integrating them? It's a lot more complicated than that!http://ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1290 Edited June 1, 2006 by T D
