Remove old files when doing network install

I am currently trying to build an image which uses network install with winnt32.exe how ever, there is one thing which anoys me about this method of installation is that all old files remain on the hdd, has anyone built a script which clears the hdd out, or got any suggestions, because I wish to run a network install.

But i do not wish to use RIS because we have currently got Terminals setup to use PXE Boot, so suggestions please?
