Ok I need help bypassing the log in screen

please could somebody please please help

i tried callin dell but they wont do s*** for me cause i dont have any warranty on it

ps i can't even log in without the password

Is this account the administrator account or an account you've created? Can you reboot into safe mode (F8 key at boot) and log-in as administrator and reset the passwords?
