MattyT Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 Hey, ive seen lots of posts from people trying to get CD/DVD Emulators to work in Vista. Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120 and Nero all have issues being installed, however the Magic ISO MagicDisc virtual driver seems to be recognized and working under Vista!!You can get MagicDisc here.

MattyT Posted May 22, 2006 Author Posted May 22, 2006 D-tools 4.0 has worked fine for me on all builds since 5308, no issues at allHmmm, for me, and other people, when you try and install the SCSI virtual cd-rom drivers for the virtual drive and have to reboot, it just loops and the drivers arent installed, alcohol gives a BSOD.
Ohio813 Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 I agree with MattyT. I don't think DAEMON Tools 4.xx works under vista. If you think otherwise go read the threads on the DAEMON Tools forum. Zero reports of success there.
