Unknown Hard Error in txt part of setup

HELP

I've setup and burned my unattended dvd of Windows XP, but at the end of the text part of setup before the gui part it displays the following error and stops dead

STOP: c0000221 unknown hard error

\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll

Any Ideas.

Never Mind Sorted it, didn't like copying some software over

Well even in the slightest change you should make an iso and test it in Vmware or something...
