Using a scroll bar within a presentation

I need to use a scrollbar on a slide of a complex and highly advanced powerpoint presentation to allow the user to scroll up and down a long section of text.

I've inserted the scrollbar itself into the presentation from the command toolbar, but i am at a loss as to what the VB code would be to make the scroll bar function. Also, does any one know if i need to have the etxt ina textbox or label or else?
