MS Works Spreadsheet Password

Can an MS Works spreadsheet be password protected? I can't find anything that says it can and I'd like to be able to do that with a couple of my spreadsheets.

Go to file then save as

when the save dialog box pops up click tools and general options

this will give you options to save with a password needed to modify (read only)

or a password to prevent the file being opened
