cant get unattend XP PRO with office 2003 to work

ok so i have a unattend xp pro that i didnt build myself i have gone through and updated it to match my name and region ECT... and i want to add office to the apps install i can get it to install office 2003 but it asks for the key so i downloaded the msoft program and built an unattend.mst file from the pro11.msi and i made a install.bat with the commands

ECHO Installing Office 2003 Professional
ECHO Please wait...
start /wait %systemdrive%\install\Applications\Office2003\setup.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb-

and that is the dir but when it gets to installing it it gives me an error

cant find D:\$oem$\$1\install\Applications\Office2003\setup.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb-

but when it finishes installing (xp) i go RUN: D:\$oem$\$1\install\Applications\Office2003\setup.exe TRANSFORMS=Unattended.MST /qb-

and...it installs

any help would be great im really new to this kind of thing just trying to battle through and learn
