Screen Shots for RIS Documentation

Does anyone have a good solution to capturing screen shots of RIS without having to use a digital camera? All of the pictures I've taken look horrible.

Any suggestions would be great.

Use VMWare.

VMWare has a built-in screen capture feature. That's what I used to document RIS, disk installs and other things like that.
