Pc Restarts After Turning it off

hi all

sometimes when i turn my pc off, my pc restarts it self.

sometimes it takes about a minute or 5 and then suddenly it will restart,

some ppl told me to disable automatic restarting and then post the BSOD but i don’t get a BSOD,

can any one help out ?

i looked for the patch on Google but i could not find it, the only thing i was getting was information about bios and devices with wake on lan,

could u please give me a url.
