Word 2003 Page Settings for Newsletter

Hello,

I just volunteered to be the newsletter editor for our art association. I use Word 2003 and would like to know if anyone could help me with my page settings so that I can print a simple newsletter on a sheet that is 17 x 11 in size. (It will then be folded in half and each half will be a page. One sheet will have 4 pages, back and front.)

Do you have publisher? I would rather use publisher 2003 which has all those features about making booklets from different paper sizes. it will paginate correctly.
