Hiding shadows on icon captions

greetings.

I have tried repeatedly to use a registry file, executed through cmdlines.txt, to apply all my usual settings. Most of my settings have worked marvelously.

My one problem is this: For some reason, I cannot disable the shadow under the icon captions. The regfile contains the following:

; - Disable icon caption shadows
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"ListviewShadow"=DWORD:0

When applied after the install, manually, this does exactly what it is supposed to do - it gets rid of the shadows, after a proper relogin.

However, when applied during the install - it doesn't work. It just won't.

Any ideas?
