Differenced between Windows MCE 2005 and XP SP2

I've read that MCE 2005 is just an optional component of Windows XP SP2.

I have now the two but when I made a comparison, windiff.exe tell me that all SP2 files in I386 are different.

They have (after expand the *.dl_) the same version, but their hash are different. Why ?

For example upnp.dll is not the same in the to build, but it's the same version 5.1.2600.2180.

The MCE 2005 version is get as this. I have Slipstream SP2 into Windows XP.
