creating macro for similar events in IE

i log into the website , enter my name and other details.

i do the same thing for other team memebrs also. but in this case only the NAME changes but other details remain same..

Every time i go to this website i have to enter my details and feel in other details

(which includes clicking on a link, control goes to another website , then i need to click ok to come back to the original website)

i need to do this task everyday.

I just want to create a macro for this task.

Can anybody please help me.

or which langaugae can i use to code for IE
