How Do I Create Setup Screens For Windows XP

Okay i'm new here, but i would like to know how to modify the Windows XP Setup Screen, via where it aska for your details and says its install windows devices and has 34 Minutes and that stuff, i couldn't seem to find the guide, so could anyone help me?
