usb driver dll file: unvalid xp-systemcopy

I created an iso file with nlite, where i adjusted almost every option available in nLite. I left some things out, i tweaked some things and i intregrated my drivers. (chipset, usb, audio, video, lan , mouse).

Now i tried the iso three time in my Virtual machine, and i returns an error during windows setup while copying files, needed for setup. It is the file 0011.dll and the error message is:

the file 0011.dll isnt copied correctly. the file which windows setup has copied to the hard drive, is not a valid windows xp-system copy.

This is the only file that gives problems. I intregrated it, but now i have an integrated driver in my windows files that is not correct?

It is the usb driver for my (onboard) genelink usb lan adapter.

what can i do?
