outlook junk mail filter update april 2006

Hello

Has anybody been having a problem with downloadiing the update for the outlook 2003 junk mail filter released this week?

The update doesn't seem to have downloaded and everytime that I go to use outlook the windows installer activates and freezes outlook and of cause freezes the system. I have looked at the system files for windows installer and it appears to be the current version. The only way for me to get my outlook email is to disable the windows installer, however it seems to continue to try and acitivate while my emails are loading as it is flashing away in the background until the send/ receive is finished.

Your help on resolving this problem woudl be gratefully appreciated.

I am using Windows Xp home edition
