set up drivers for gprs modem

i ma trying to set up the vodafone mobile connect, it is a pcmcia gprs modem.

i have the drivers and i am able to make the win xp recognize the make of the gprs modem but i can not make win xp "see" the Universal Serial Bus controllers (hub) it is reffering to nec pcmcia card and not the make of the gprs modem.

is it possible to make win xp recvognize the right one?

can i do it manually?
