Netadmins, we need your advice!

A plenty of companies develop software for network diagnostics and monitoring based on Windows platform. A lot of them describe their applications as a "solution", "the best', "the fullest" tool kit for sysadmin's work. But, we would like to ask network administrators and everyone who uses this kind of software: what do they think about existing today programs? Do the last ones respond to their needs? Which necessary elements should be included in the "PROGRAM OF THE DREAM FOR A SYSADMIN"? We would be glad to see, to read their comments in this forum.

We address this letter to all network administrators and users: Help us to help yourself to improve a software for your everyday work.
