Desktop Background using Terminal Services (remote desktop)

Hi,

We're using Remote Desktop and we're trying to emulate most of the GUI features of VNC or Radmin with it.

By typing:

START > RUN...

mstsc /console

We're pretty close. Only thing left is the desktop background. No matter what we try, Windows 2003 prevents the user from clicking "browse" to set the background. Only way to do it is viewing the image on a webpage, then right clicking and choosing "set as background" and it only will work for that session. Next time they login it's gone.

Anyone have a solution it's important for us. Thanks!!!
