OEM Preinstall and keyboard layout?

When i set OEMPreinstall to "yes" in my .sif, i get that error in text mode setup:

"The following value specified in the file of answers of installation is not defined in the file .SIF, section [Keyboard layout]: Canadian French

The setup program cannot continue. To quit setup program press F3." :huh:

(It's a translation so it may not be the exact error message)

The same thing happen whatever i set the keyboard layout to...
