Installation/forms to database problem

Hi. Sorry, I am an inexperienced user and hoping for some early help. When installing Frontpage 2000 to my computer (I have Office Professional 2003) I get the following error message.

"Unable to access configuration for Microsoft Personal Web Server."

This must be what is causing the problem when I try to get my forms to output to a database; at which time I get the following error message.

"The feature you are trying to use is on a Network Resouce that is unavailable.

Clock to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'DAO.msi' in the box below."

Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can fix this. This forms/database feature was the entire reason I purchased Frontpage.
