[Question]Outlook 2003 folders and rules

I have a two rules set up so when the email is fetched it will go in to the respected folder for the server. After that I have another rule that moves email by name/subject. The problem is that I keep on getting duplicate emails. I is keeping the email in the account folder and also copying them to the folder that I told them to. Is there a way to see if it is copying them and not moving them?
