deputymoniker Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 (edited) When a user logs in, their Outlook inbox starts filling up with hundreds of old emails. Emails that they have read & deleted already. I dont think its EVERY user. Could it be a server config problem or is there something I can do with the users account?I'm new here. I found the site by Googling "Outlook forum" Edited March 21, 2006 by deputymoniker
willbeaden Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 I am having a similar problem with my Outlook. We are getting our mail through an ISP rather than an Exchange Server. An additional twist seems to be that some messages to be sent seem to be saved as well. When I launch a send/receive, outlook says that there are 31 messages to be sent, even though the outbox shows empty.Bill
