[Help] - WinXP & SHTTP

Hi,

if I login on Win XP as a user (not administrator), SHTTP pages could not be opened (the server not found..)? If I login as administartor, everything is ok. Could I get rid of that in some way?

If you reboot in safe mode with networking, does https work as a regular user?

Also, if you disable HTTP 1.1 settings in IE tools / advanced, does the issue persist?
