KB892843 - Superseded by KB913807?

Anybody know if KB892843, an Outlook 2003 update released in January 2006, is superseded in its entirety by the newly released KB913807? Or are both still necessary?

I have a clean install point of Office 2003 Pro SP2 with no updates, but just don't have time right now to do an install and find out on my own through Office Update. So, if anybody else knows, I'd be grateful for the time saved!

looking at this;

it would appear you don't need KB892843 as the same file, Olkintl.msp, is in both updates.
