Map network drive & wireless

I have windows 2000 server, AD, and some scripts in it. I also have logon script, that maps some shares to client machines(H:\ -home, P:\ - programs). Everything works fine on 10/100 lan.

I have problem with wireless notebooks. When i logon, system gives me a window, that says, that policy could not be applyed becouse there is no server(something like this).. Of course, that is becouse wireless lan connects after i logon into system.

How to make this delay, or say wait with this until lan is up..???

something like: win2000 needs aditional adm files, to add new functions to Grouppolicy(Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon)

What is the solution for this? How, where?
