I see the following message once in a while

The form you selected could not be displayed. An error occurred registering the form in the OLE Registry.

I've found the following KB article and followed the instructions with no success. It basically tells me to delete (or in this case, rename) the forms cache.

The only successful work around seems to be to reinstall office. This happens more often (or maybe even only) in MS Outlook 2002.

Does anyone have a handle on this issue?
