Unattended XP PRo install query

Hi

I've been following the site instructions and all works however there is one slight issue. During the automated setup at 13 minutes left I get a box pop up saying choose a directory for extracted files

c:\windows\system32\inetsrv

If i click ok for the extraction i get a message extraction complete and the installation continues

Why is this, i didnt think this should pop up. Is this from one of the hotfixes? Is there a way for this to be automated or is there something I have missed out
