Getting all folders to have the same view

Hi guys, Im using 5308 and I want all my folder views to be the same. The only problem is that the Apply Settings to all folders button is gone in folder options. The only button there is reset folders. Anyone know a tweak to get all my folders to look the same when I open them up.

It's exactly the same as XP, set one folder up how you like, go into "Folder Options" Click the View tab, click the "Apply to all folders" button.
