[Question] How to integrate yz toolbar into shell32

how can i integrate that yz pngs into shell32

shell32 uses bmp,,

i tried to convert the those png to BMP , but it looses the transparency,,, so invain..

also is it possible to integrate those windows blinds TGA toolbar into shell32, they are in tga format
