i patched my system, everything seems to be fine

it just that to get the themes that are .msstyles files (all of them except for the orginal Luna and Classic themes)

to work i cant just go into display properties and select them from the drop down menu, i have to double click them (i know its so hard to do) i was under the impression that windows would see them as a normal theme file and i could change them around like that

also when i opened the Neowin patcher again to see if the backup thing was available (while troubleshooting this problem) it had no backup option, it just had install patch again

im kinda confused so any help would be appreciated

Please let me know how did you fix this problem, I've been searching around, But I did not find a good solution yet for this, without using third party tools. Thanks in advance.
