neoxavier Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 hi..this is the case.. if you are making a meeting invitation.. you have to add some kind of meeting resources (exp: beamer, room).. well it can be done easily..and by default if you assign resource you can see at what time the resouces is not available and on what purpose (exp: the room is used for this meeting). so my question is.. how to remove this information.. because I don't want other employee know the information about a critical meeting.thanks for your helpregards
