Web page keeps popping up and locks Outlook

From default INBOX screen, anytime I go to another task (Calendar, contacts, tasks etc) a web page pops up. I then cannot select anything without the web page displaying and locking up the screen. I'm basically locked out of Outlook (2002). Can't find any work around.

Any suggestions?

What's the webpage? Is is something pertaining to microsoft or is it just a nasty pop-up? Interesting your getting a pop-up out of Outlook
