Intelliforms\AskUser spontaneous reset?

Anyone else experiencing spontaneous reset of the AskUser registry value?

Quite often lately, I'll enter a search expression at google and Wham! I get the ^%$&^% Intelliforms prompt. This last time, I checked the registry before responding and somehow it has been reset to 1.

I know for a fact that it was 0, and all other Form related values are disabled. Anyone have any ideas as to what is changing this? I suspect IE, but why the periodic reset? I know I could continuously run regmon to determine this, but I'd much prefer a quick solution.
